TABATA

High intensity interval training involving a number of cardio and weight training exercises performed in an 8 round circuit. Guaranteed to raise the heart rate and get the blood pumping, this type of training can be done by beginners all the way up to the fittest athletes.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on strength,
mobility, stability, endurance, power, speed, agility, athletic performance and injury prevention

REFUEL

Is our most versatile class, with a combination of strength, cardio and core strengthening exercises in the form of a challenge, AMRAP, EMOM or Rounds for time.

MAT PILATES

Pilates is a physical fitness system which promotes not only core strength, posture and flexibility but also precision, concentration and neural control. A variety of moves ranging from beginner to advanced emphasising alignment, breathing and developing a strong powerhouse which is vital for sports, weight training and everyday life.

THRESHOLD

Threshold sessions are designed to maximise cardiovascular fitness through the training of aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. This cardio workout involves a range of short and long distance exercises that will get the heart pumping.

OVER 50’s

Consists of strength and cardio based activities with the addition of Pilates, core strength and mobility.

REFORMER PILATES

Uses the body’s ability to self-heal and a
combination of gravity, resistance and breathing, allows for a total body workout that will rebalance movement patterns and invigorate the body.

KID-FIT

combines cardio, strength and mobility with fun and games. We also look at the body (anatomy) as well as food and nutrition.
Ages range from 5-13 years old.

BOXFIT

The Box-fit sessions are high intense and involve a combination of bag, pad functional and, bodyweight training to build lean muscle and cardiovascular fitness

ANKORR TABATA

This high intense power workout follows a tabata style workout using
the Ankorr harness and other equipment to maximise strength, power and speed. The Ankorr harness provides a full body workout through its multiple anchor points, bungee cord attachments and keeping you under constant load.
